Synopsis: The film „Kasino 2000“ merges alienated Occidental signs to an updated version of the nativity play. The Star of Bethlehem becomes the searchlight of a police helicopter, the Three Kings – just a lost television crew. With the view of an angel, we drift across all barriers, interviews and the heads of the watching crowd, only to crash into a disillusioned presence.

Tobias Kipp

Tobias Kipp studied Visual Communication at the Bauhaus University Weimar as well as at the Ecole Superieure d‘art visuel in Geneve. Since 2000 he has focused on working with film and, with Marc Olff, founded the fi lm production company ‚sonnendeck.tv‘. In 2002 he graduated with the fi lm ‚Kalkheim‘, receiving his diploma in Visual Communication. ‚Kalkheim‘ ran on numerous international fi lm festivals and television.
